The Team:

Notice Manager is the industry leader in leveraged loan and high-yield solutions and provides comprehensive products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis. Notice Manager enables loan managers to more effectively and securely handle inbound agent notices related to their bank loan holdings.


Responsibilities and Impact:

The Notice Manager Support team acts as a liaison between the clients, the product team, and other operations teams in relation to offering data to the leveraged loan market. The team is responsible for handling and analyzing all client queries related to Global Loan Data, whether the client is receiving this data through the Integration Utility software, the Loan Platforms website, API’s, or files delivered via SFTP. The role also includes finding opportunities for optimization of existing practices to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of data for clients. An ideal candidate would work closely with clients and help troubleshoot any issues they have with our data, regardless of the delivery platform or the level of data the client is contracted for.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Client Services touch point on our Notice Manager Support team for the WSO Notice Manager platform
  • Manage cases assigned to you within the CRM service that the team utilizes
  • Daily correspondence with clients to resolve their queries in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Interact with our Notice Manager Global Activity Processing team to resolve any issues related to the notice of loans that have been processed
  • Interaction with our product team to troubleshoot and resolve issues that need to be escalated;  work with them and our team to understand functionality and logic behind questions raised
  • Run SQL queries to troubleshoot and pull reports.
  • Troubleshoot agent notice issues including categorization and receipt
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $41,990.00 to $69,020.00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree/ Post Graduate or equivalent in Finance, Economics or Business preferred but not required
  • Highly motivated individual that enjoys analyzing problems to find the best resolution for the client
  • Has a strong work ethic that is able to both collaborate in a team setting along with independently handling individual cases
  • Excellent communication skills with a desire to engage in team conversations
  • Work in fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and shows initiative
  • Ability to document processes thoroughly and be well organized

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of WSO Administrator and Integration Utility
  • Experience in reviewing credit agreements or analyzing loan documentation
  • Advance Excel skills, working knowledge with MS Office, Access Database and SQL query
  • Strong data analysis skills, ability to query and analyze large volumes of financial data
  • Experience working with API's and SFTP file delivery
