Job Description:
As an Associate Director, Software Engineering, you will be responsible for analysis, design, development, and support of enterprise data management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for analysis, design, development, and support of enterprise data management systems.
- A people leader managing and supporting global agile scrum teams that operates enterprise data platforms.
- Influencing the strategy and aligning the roadmap of our enterprise data applications and driving the execution of initiatives.
- Partnering with other engineering teams and Product owners, including stakeholders in the Ratings organization to achieve business and technology goals.
- Provide inputs to technical leadership for data architecture, design, implementation of new features and iterations of core products.
- Develop and document data standards, provide technical oversight on implementation of new features and iterations of core products adhering to industry best practices.
