What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Fully matriculated students with anticipated undergraduate graduation date in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026; c urrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar IT service management tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, or Python.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in analyzing processes and workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to group efforts and supporting peers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Experience with ITIL: Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and practices is advantageous.
- Project Management Exposure: Experience or coursework in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Data Analysis Skills: Basic knowledge of data analysis tools or techniques, including Excel or SQL.
