The Role: As the Senior Director of Capital Markets, you will lead initiatives to strengthen engagement and advocacy for S&P Dow Jones Indices’ intellectual property among key stakeholders in the Americas. This pivotal role is instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding relationships with our largest, most strategic exchange partners. You will influence discussions on market structure as it pertains to indices, ensuring S&P Dow Jones Indices remains a leader in industry developments and opportunities.
Responsibilities
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $190,000 to $225,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as a semi-annual incentive bonus plan.

- Manage and nurture relationships with our largest and most strategic exchange partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and fostering collaborative initiatives that drive revenue and market presence.
- Set objectives and performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives and ensure team accountability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major exchanges, clearinghouses, market makers, and investment banks to drive collaboration and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, addressing their needs effectively and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in capital markets, with a strong emphasis on derivatives, index products, and investment banking. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex client relationships.
