About the Role: Job Summary:
OSTTRA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented customer facing SSO Engineer with approximately 2 years of experience to join our growing Technology Consulting team. This is a client facing role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and seamless access to our applications and services for our customers. You will work closely with customers, security, infrastructure, and application development teams to maintain best practices for identity and access management.
Responsibilities:
OSTTRA states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $92,000.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

- Implementation & Configuration:
- Engage with customers to Configure and maintain SSO solutions using protocols like Microsoft Entra.
- Integrate applications and services with our SSO platform.
- Maintenance & Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor SSO system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding SSO issues.
- Documentation & Collaboration:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of SSO configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SSO into new applications and services.
- Participate in the planning and execution of SSO-related projects.
- Participate in on-call rotations as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in SSO engineering or a related role.
- Strong understanding of SSO protocols (Microsoft Entra, SAML).
- Experience with identity providers such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of MFA implementations.
- Experience with cloud-based SSO solutions.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
- Certifications related to security or identity management.
