The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions.
Responsibilities and Impact:
The Product Performance group is seeking a Product Operations Intern to join our Product Operations team. In this role, you will assist in bridging efficient product development delivery with successful go-to-market and product strategy execution. You will assist with supporting the tools and processes that help our product teams operate better. You 'll have opportunity to collaborate with Product, Commercial , and Customer Success teams to promote alignment and provide insights that aid in decision-making.
The Summer 202 5 Internship Program will provide you with a variety of experiences to help you identify your strengths, develop highly transferable skills, and align you to a successful career path for a bright future at S&P Global.

- Assist with creating dashboards (using Power BI) that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Commercial , Customer Success).
- Support general admin and enablement of the Product team's tech stack (e.g., Aha, Pendo).
- Aid in problem-solving product management needs and challenges with tooling and automation.
- Help analyse our data sources and assets to support our data- informed strategy.
- Assist in monitoring and measuring product development execution against product roadmap milestones and strategic goals.
- Support Product teams with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist with process documentation to ensure clarity and enable consistent practice across the product organization.

- Expected bachelor's degree in business administration , finance , or related field to be completed by May 2026 or equivalent.
- Understanding of financial concepts and instruments, particularly related to indices and investment products.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Strong interest in the financial services ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Undergraduate degree in process in business administration , finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to roll up the sleeves and execute
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to think critically about project challenges.
