Title: Human Resources Recruiter (Corporate)
Locations: Spokane or Colville, WA
Type: Contract / Hybrid (1-2 days a week on-site)
Hourly Rate: $32–$40/hour, depending on location and experience.
Summary:
We’re looking for a Recruiter with Corporate Recruiting experience to join our client’s HR team! In this role, you’ll handle the full recruiting process—conducting interviews, working closely with hiring managers, assessing candidate skills, presenting offers, and assisting with onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of improving processes and building solid relationships across teams, becoming a trusted partner in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, organizing interviews, coaching hiring managers, making offers, and negotiating salaries to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Comfortable working in an Applicant Tracking System and managing requisitions within the tool.
- Partners with the full HR team to ensure alignment across recruiting, communications, talent development, compensation, and HR business partners.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to recruiting and onboarding to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Preferred Education & Required Experience:
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- 3 years of broad recruiting experience across multiple functions and levels, including but not limited to Technology, Operations, Finance, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies.
- Experienced in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Team player attitude and a collaborative approach to recruiting.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong interpersonal and partnering skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates.
- Strong experience using an ATS to track and manage candidates.
- Metrics-driven with experience in building reports and dashboards.
