Established local IT Support Group of 42 years seeking full-time skilled I.T. team members to support client base. Team members provide network, server, workstation hardware and software support. The ability to communicate effectively with other team members and end users directly in a professional manner is essential.
Required Skills:
*Working knowledge of network infrastructure, LANs, WANs, TCP/IP
*Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11 Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Office 365
*Ability to work with team and independently with minimal supervision
*Perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems
*Self-motivated and organized
*Ability to handle periods of high work loads
*Excellent verbal communications skills
*Document problems and resolution for future reference.
Qualifications:
*3-5 years maintaining PC hardware and software
*Education may be used in place of experience.
*Associates degree or higher in Information Systems or in a related field preferred.
*CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , Microsoft, and VMware certifications desired
*Valid driver's license, clean driving record and proof of insurance
*Reliable transportation
*Background check and drug screen
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, position.
