- Field Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to identify hazards, enforce safety measures, and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in safety management (3 years in structural steel construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Competitive salary: $140,000 - $175,000/year
