Position Overview :
Job Location : 1721 N Front St, Harrisburg, PA 17102 (Hybrid - 2 days Onsite)
The Client Support Specialist will assist Relationship Managers in maintaining and enhancing relationships with municipalities and members. This role involves administrative support, client communication, report preparation, and ensuring compliance with pension plan requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with client paperwork, records, and documentation.
Coordinate client meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups.
Serve as a point of contact for municipalities and members, resolving issues promptly.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and other client communications.
Collaborate with the Client Relations team and other departments to ensure excellent service.
Assist in data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Maintain knowledge of pension plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in onboarding, training, and special projects as needed.
Essential Skills :
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
Experience in client relationship management or related administrative roles.
Knowledge of pension administration and relevant policies.
Proficient in using standard office software and equipment.
