Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and work notices.
- Obtain quotes and estimates, and design layouts for buildings and facilities.
- Administer contracts and inspect construction to ensure compliance.
- Conduct feasibility studies, manage project budgets, and prepare reports.
- Organize meetings, select vendors, and approve project invoices.
- Supervise in-house maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management or related field.
- 4 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
Physical Requirements:
