- This candidate will start their position primarily working on service tickets . Because this team works directly with internal employees to handle submitted tickets.
- The ideal candidate must have previous experience communicating and troubleshooting directly with stakeholders .
- This team works alongside all of the municipality's various departments, as such, this candidate can expect to work on various network-related tools including firewalls, web, access control, VPN, and more.
- Additionally, this candidate will work with external vendors and review all municipality purchases from a security-first mindset.
