POSITION DESCRIPTION :
Currently seeking an experienced MDM Administrator to join a local municipality’s growing team in the greater Phoenix area working in a hybrid model (2 days on-site weekly). Which is flexible on the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate for this position carries five years’ experience working in Mobile Device Management (MDM) in environments with at least 5,000 user accounts. The ideal candidate for this position holds a strong analytical mindset and willingness to support both internal and external stakeholders.
Day to day responsibilities :
- Manage and support the client’s Workspace ONE environment of 16,000 end-user mobile devices.
- Tenant level / OG permission management for Device Enrollment.
- Provides 2nd and 3rd-level technical support for department LAN Administrators / Telecom Liaisons.
- Experience with MSFT Intune & MDM authority Administration.
- Use scripting and other tools, including Excel and Pivot tables, to develop reports.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL / NIST Standards.
- Experience with LDAP / federation principles.
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, managing, and supporting Mobility products including Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or a similar product from a competing vendor.
