Looking for contractor for developing a Person-Centered Service plan to identify services specific to Ohio Home Care Waiver (OHCW) case managers (CMA's) and Specialized Recovery Services Program (SRSP) recovery managers (RMA's) individual needs.
The scope of the resource's work includes Salesforce System development, workflow design & documentation and will also be working on linking with the current ODM's Salesforce applications.
