About the Role:
The Assistant Automation Maintenance Manager is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of automation maintenance procedures. This individual will work closely with the Automation Maintenance manager, DC Operations leaders, and third-party partners/contractors to ensure the optimal performance of warehouse automation equipment and systems.
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify and solve operational issues with conveyance and robotic equipment
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise and manage the Automation Maintenance staff
- Collaborate with DC Operations leaders to achieve optimal performance
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
