About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is critical to driving business growth, elevating our brand, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (Bolingbrook, IL)

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with quarterly themes, product/brand launches, business updates, and customer support initiatives (e.g., catalogs, website features).
- Collaborate with Channel Owners (email, website, events, paid media, social media, sales enablement) to ensure cohesive and effective deployment across all touchpoints.
- Work closely with Creative teams to produce compelling assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between campaigns and overall business and brand goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management or related roles.
- Proficiency in managing multi-channel campaigns, including email, website, events, paid media, and sales enablement assets.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging for various marketing channels.
