We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of various landscaping techniques. This role is essential in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties through effective lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape design. The Landscape Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities, including weekly mowing, and weed control to ensure healthy grass growth.
- Execute groundskeeping tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the aesthetic appeal of landscapes.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks, including digging
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and servicing.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs.
Experience
- Prior experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is required.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
- Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
