Our client seeks a short-term temporary Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to help with daily administrative tasks.
This is a full-time temporary position where you will earn up to $20/HR based on experience. You will work 100% onsite Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This opportunity is from Monday, March 17 – March 25/26 with potential extension or temp-to-hire.
Some of your responsibilities as Administrative Assistant/Receptionist will include:
- Answering phones
- Typing
- Tracking information in Excel
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for Administrative Assistant/Receptionist you must have:
- Administrative experience in office environment
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good typing skills
