Bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Rep / Patient Care Representative - Our client is seeking multiple Patient Care Reps to provide high level customer service.
This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $23 per hour, based on your experience. You will work Monday-Friday 8 : 00 or 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm (one-hour lunch if 8 : 00am start / 30-minute lunch if 8 : 30am start. This position is onsite.
Some of your responsibilities as Patient Care Representative / CSR will include :
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting and handling routine patient questions
- Coordinating patient, medical and insurance records
- Data entry
- Other duties as assigned
