Our client seeks a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Receptionist/CSR to perform a variety of administrative tasks.
This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity where you will work Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:30PM, You will earn up to $20 per hour, based on your experience. This position is 100% on-site.
Some of the responsibilities as Receptionist/CSR include:
- Greeting visitors
- Assisting with translation and interpretation needs
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Maintaining filing systems
- Verifying employee documents for I-9 and employment purposes
- Updating PowerPoint presentations
- Responding immediately to customer care emails
- Resolving administrative inquiries and questions
- Maintaining a positive attitude
- Maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling meetings, interviews and orientations
- Conducting orientations
- Conducting exit interviews
- Preparing award certificates
- Training
- Recruiting and interviewing
- Communicating PTO requests and approvals
- Reporting and logging absences
- Managing documents
- Tracking payroll discrepancies
- Tracking down missing time clock entries
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify for the Receptionist/CSR position, you must have:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- HR Onboarding process knowledge is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude focused on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
