What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR/Dispatcher position at S&S Employment Partners?
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative/CSR / Dispatcher to join the team.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $23.00/hour, depending on experience. You will work on-site Monday through Friday, from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
To qualify for the CSR/Dispatcher position, you must have:
- Proficiency/experience with multi-line phone system operations
- Typing skills of 50-70 words per minute while talking
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of ServiceTitan software a plus
Some of your responsibilities as CSR/Dispatcher will include:
- Answering phones / Managing multi-line phone systems
- Maintaining typing speed of 50-70 words per minute while speaking with customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Scheduling service calls
- Dispatching technicians
- Entering invoices for job costing
- Creating job reports
- Utilizing Google Sheets, Outlook and other basic office software
