What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant position at S&S Employment Partners?
Our client is seeking a Leasing Consultant to complete leasing duties for clients.
This is a temporary-to-hire position where you will earn up to $22/HR based on experience. You will work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9 AM-6 PM and Saturday, 9 AM-3 PM. This position is on-site, with travel required to lease properties.
Some of your responsibilities as Leasing Consultant will include:
- Displaying and leasing apartments
- Completing accurate and timely data entry
- Following up with clients
- Collecting fees and deposits
- Acting as a back-up receptionist
- Other duties as assigned
To qualify, you must have one (1) year of customer service experience along with:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates preferred)
- One (1) year sales experience preferred
- Valid Iowa driver's license
- Vehicle liability insurance coverage at the following levels: $100K/$300K/$100K
- A reliable vehicle free of rust, debris, and body damage
- Entry-level Microsoft Office skills
