What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at S&S Employment Partners?
Our client seeks an Office Manager to manage day-to-day office operations.
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $65,000 depending on experience. You will work Monday-Friday, 7 AM- 4PM, 100% onsite.
Some of your responsibilities as Office Manager will include:
- Ensuring accurate/timely payroll processing
- Ensuring accurate expense tracking
- Managing onboarding, employee files, benefits coordination, etc.
- Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
- Managing necessary job permits and inspections
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Supporting leadership
- Reporting administrative tasks
To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of experience managing an office along with:
- Prior payroll processing experience
- Basic level QuickBooks experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Basic Office Suite
- ServiceTitan experience a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
- Passing drug tests and background checks
