What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at S&S Employment Partners?
Our client seeks a temporary Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their team.
This is a temporary opportunity (with potential to be hired on direct) where you will earn up to $20.00/hour, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 3pm.
Some of your responsibilities as a Receptionist will include:
- Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person
- Welcoming visitors
- Preparing and sorting documents
- Data entry
- Submitting applications to third party vendors
- Managing team email inboxes
- Additional duties as assigned
To qualify for the Receptionist, you must have 6-12 months of customer service experience. In addition, you must have the following:
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of internet software
