What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Relationship Manager position at S&S Employment Partners?
One of our clients is seeking a Sales Relationship Manager to lead and develop their sales team!
This is a full time, direct hire opportunity you will earn up to $125,000 per year, based on your experience. Plus, incentive and discretionary profit and share annual bonuses. This position is 100% onsite and requires a commitment beyond a traditional 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule and may exceed a standard 40-hour workweek.
Some of your responsibilities as Sales Relationship Manager includes team development and accountability, as well as:
- Having proficiency in sales reporting and funnel management
- Aligning team objectives with the company’s vision
- Achieving daily, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Utilizing sales reporting tools
- Monitoring key performance indicators
- Preparing reports on sales performance
- Managing, mentoring and developing a high-performing sales team
- Setting clear performance expectations
- Identifying training needs
- Overseeing the entire sales process
- Developing strategies
- Collaborating with senior leadership
- Communicating the company’s vision
- Performing other duties as assigned
To qualify for the Sales Relationship Manager position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum two (2) years of experience in managing sales teams. You will also be expected to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales teams
- Proven ability leading and developing a sales team
- Strong understanding of sales reporting tools and CRM systems
- Proficiency in the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation and closing
- Exceptional attention to details
- Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven strategic thinker
