S&S Tire of Knoxville, TN a leading multi-location regional wholesale tire dealer is seeking an experienced Route Driver. Non-CDL will be driving a 22–26-foot box truck. This position requires recent DOT driving experience. If you are a true professional, with superior skills, this is the role for you!
Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:
- Delivering tires to customers
- Pulling and loading tires
- Assisting in the warehouse after daily deliveries are completed when necessary
Position Includes:
- Starting at $17.00/hour dependent on experience and qualifications
- Pay increase after 90 days on the job
- Full-Time, permanent position, with opportunity for consistent overtime

Requirements
- The minimum 1-year verifiable driving experience in a commercial vehicle (over 10,000 lbs)
- Good motor vehicle record (no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years)
- Valid driver’s license - in good standing
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift tires and orders up to 150 lbs
- A minimum driving age of 23 years old
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to being on time
