Best One Tire & Service / S&S Firestone, Inc. is a trusted leader in providing top-quality products and services to trucking companies and related industries in the Weston, WV area. We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Weston team.
This is a customer-facing role that plays a key part in delivering an exceptional service experience. As the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for greeting customers, documenting their service needs, and creating work orders. You will also dispatch jobs to the appropriate technicians, handle tire sales via phone for customer pick-up, and schedule truck service appointments.
Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Handle customer invoicing and process service and sales work orders.
- Dispatch and schedule service technicians based on workload and availability.
- Manage inventory for commercial tire products and related parts.
- Interact with customers in-person and over the phone in a professional manner.
- Maintain a working knowledge of commercial tire brands to assist with sales and service.
- Monitor and manage open repair and service orders to ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or technical training is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or service coordination (automotive or trucking industry preferred)
- Basic understanding of commercial tire products and services, or willingness to learn
- Proficient with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physically able to lift and move 75–100 pounds

- Comfortable handling customer concerns and providing solutions in a professional manner
