The Director of Integrations will lead multiple integration teams, optimize operational processes, and drive efficiency improvements across departments. This role focuses on managing and scaling teams, monitoring and improving file feed processes, and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions to support business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Integration & Implementation Management : Oversee multiple integration teams, ensuring successful project execution and seamless client implementations. Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of file feeds, including monitoring, triaging, and repairing feeds. Establish and enforce best practices for EDI file processing flows, particularly in the healthcare industry. Work cross-functionally to align integration efforts with business objectives and client needs.
- Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement : Design and implement processes to enhance efficiencies within the department and across teams. Create metrics and dashboards to track integration progress, team performance, and overall project health. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workflows and enhance customer experience. Ensure scalability by building teams and processes that can support seasonal fluctuations in demand.
- Technology & Systems Management : Leverage the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) to manage projects, track issues, and document key processes. Implement and manage tools to monitor and improve file feed processing. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to optimize integration workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Team Leadership & Growth : Recruit, train, and develop high-performing integration teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and success.
