The Strategic Account Executive plays a vital role in the Account Management Team, focusing on client retention and service excellence. This position manages client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, while identifying strategies to maximize value for both clients and brokers. The Strategic Account Executive will support plan design, review utilization trends, and develop cost-effective solutions to strengthen long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management : Oversee a diverse client portfolio, prioritizing retention and satisfaction.
- Relationship Building : Foster strong professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Performance Coordination : Serve as the liaison between clients and internal departments to meet performance objectives.
