Part-time Administrative Assistant position for a family owned landscaping company.
Job responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls & assist customers
2. Schedule sales appointments
3. Clerical tasks (filing, organizing, etc)
4. Researching , speaking with vendors, ordering, etc.
5. Assisting with bidding from blueprints (we will train you)
5.Assisting owners & management with various tasks as needed
Must be proficient with computers & technology-- most work is completed using various computer programs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Salary : $15 - $18
