WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CALL CENTER LEAD
This full-time customer service position with our HVAC and plumbing company works a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
Your day as a Call Center Lead starts with energizing the team for success. You're comfortable jumping into outbound calls, leading by example, and showing everyone how it's done. As the day picks up, you balance striving for high performance with keeping the energy light and fun-because hitting goals doesn't have to be boring. You're the go-to person for support, coaching, and encouragement, drawing on your experience as a call center agent to guide your team through challenges and celebrate their wins. By the end of the day, you've helped the team excel and kept the workplace buzzing with positivity.
