In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the scheduling of maintenance activities within our facilities. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to prioritize tasks based on urgency and resource availability.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Oversee HVAC systems maintenance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems using voltmeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce unexpected failures.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in industrial maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance management or facilities management is essential.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical components, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
