Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, including FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001, while implementing effective quality control measures. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to analyze data to drive continuous improvement within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Oversee the quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes to ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze production processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate products that meet quality specifications and customer expectations.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to HACCP principles and other relevant standards.
- Train and mentor staff on quality management practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, trends, and compliance status for senior management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, QA/QC methodologies, and HACCP principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through implementation.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques to assess quality performance and drive improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
