We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Water/ Fire Technician to join our Mitigation team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and water mitigation related services. As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing mitigation projects, ensuring high-quality work, and leading a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
*Responsibilities*
- Supervise and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with IICRC industry standards and safety regulations.
- Perform fire mitigation and water damage mitigation services in residential settings.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various mitigation tasks.
- Assess job sites for damage and develop appropriate action plans for proper mitigation process and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed on all jobs.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues if observed.
*Qualifications*
Use DASH/ Company Cam/ Phone for data entry/Good Communication Skills
- Proven experience in the restoration industry, particularly in fire mitigation and water damage services.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work in challenging environments while adhering to safety protocols.
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., IICRC certifications) is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
