Are you an energetic HR pro with a passion for people, onboarding, and retention? S&S Transport is looking for a driven, compassionate Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead onboarding and employee support
- Partner with recruiting and management on retention strategies
- Handle pay contracts, benefits, and leaves of absence
- Keep HR policies compliant and up to date
- Be the “go-to” for employee questions and support
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (benefits, leaves, compliance, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Experience with ADP or HRIS systems is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record
