Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery to perform excavation, grading, and other tasks on commercial job sites. Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical defects. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals. Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment. Ability to fine grade with a bulldozer and excavator. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Reliable transportation to the job site.
