Perform excavation, grading, and other tasks on commercial job sites using heavy machinery. Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical defects. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals. Maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform demanding tasks.

High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 21 years old and have reliable transportation to the job site. Physical demands of the job include lifting and moving heavy materials and equipment.
