Title : SAP HCM Payroll Consultant
Location : Dallas, TX- Onsite
Contract
SAP HCM US Payroll and Benefits Consultant
A skilled SAP US Payroll and Benefits Consultant with about 10 years of Implementation and support experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in US Payroll, Benefits, Schemas and rules with additional experience in Payroll Control Center (PCC) implementation or support being a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze, design and implement solutions for SAP US Payroll and Benefits.
Configure and customize Payroll schemas and rules to meet the business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end US Payroll solutions.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues related to US Payroll and Benefits.
Support and enhance Payroll Control Center (PCC) functionality (if applicable)
Conduct system testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and deliver process documentation.
Stay updated on SAP updates and legal requirement impacting US payroll, Benefits and Year End activities.
Review the released BSI cyclic / TUBs to identify the impact.
Qualifications :
10 years of hand-on experience in SAP US Payroll, Benefits, Taxation and Year-End activities.
In-depth knowledge of US Payroll, Benefits, Garnishment and Year-End W2 generation configuration.
Proven expertise in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
Familiarity with Payroll Control Center (PCC) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of US Payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
SAP certification in HCM or Payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other HRIS platforms.
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and / or SAP S / 4 HANA HCM
