Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and manage complex healthcare data sets to support reporting, system integration, and business decision-making within Medicaid or MMIS environments
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into centralized databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data integration solutions using middleware tools and programming languages, aligning with enterprise data architecture standards
- Maintain and enhance database systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security in support of operational and analytical reporting needs
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in data analysis or a related field
- Applicable certifications are preferred
- Must be proficient in database management, SQL and query generation, programming languages, ETL tools, and middleware solutions with hands-on experience with systems integration and data analysis
