Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale MMIS or healthcare benefit management system integration projects, ensuring alignment with Medicaid program requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Direct cross-functional technical teams, including software developers, network engineers, and systems architects, to deliver cohesive integration solutions using Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and modern technologies
- Oversee the end-to-end integration process, from requirements gathering through technical design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Ensure technical deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and comply with state and federal healthcare regulations, including CMS certification requirements
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience leading system design and integration projects for MMIS systems or healthcare benefit management systems, including the technical design and implementation of projects similar in size and scope to this project
- Experience must involve directing multi-disciplinary technical teams producing integration solutions (e.g., Service Oriented Architecture, network, hardware, and software).
