Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Support Specialist to assist in the development of an OCM process from the ground up. This role will focus on training, communications, and resource support related to OCM initiatives. The ideal candidate does not need to be an OCM subject matter expert but should have some working knowledge of OCM principles and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of an organizational change management (OCM) framework tailored to the project’s needs
- Support the creation of training materials and delivery of training sessions to enhance stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Assist in communication planning and execution, including drafting announcements, presentations, and other materials
- Provide resource support for OCM activities, ensuring documentation, tools, and templates are effectively maintained and utilized
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to track and report on OCM progress and key milestones
- Utilize Microsoft Project to support scheduling, tracking, and reporting on OCM-related tasks and initiatives
- Assist in gathering feedback and measuring the effectiveness of change management efforts to recommend improvements
Qualifications:
- 2 years working knowledge of OCM principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar methodologies)
- Experience supporting training, communications, or change initiatives within a project environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear and concise materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for candidates with experience in Microsoft Project
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience working on organizational transformation or process improvement projects
- Exposure to project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and change impact assessment techniques
