Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support Medicaid program operations, analytics, and decision-making
- Administer Tableau Server, including user access management, data source publishing, performance tuning, and scheduling of extract refreshes in a secure, enterprise environment
- Translate complex healthcare and Medicaid data from data warehouses into actionable insights and visualizations aligned with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with business users, data analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions
- Manage and optimize reporting workflows for large-scale automated claims processing systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with Medicaid data standards
Qualifications:
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in a large automated system relevant to the position
- Experience with fiscal agent or MMIS operations in large-scale automated claims processing systems or other comparable systems is preferred
- Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience with large healthcare datasets, data warehousing, BI tools and analytics, and reporting
- Experience with Medicaid data preferred
