Site Lead | 492nd Special Operations Wing Transition Support
S2Technologies is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Lead to support the 492nd Special Operations Wing (492 SOW). This position serves as the primary on-site manager responsible for coordinating with government contracting officers and representatives (KO/COR), overseeing contract performance, and managing day-to-day activities of contractor personnel. The Site Lead will ensure all services and deliverables are executed in alignment for operations support, plans and programs, logistics, contingency operations, intelligence, security, training, and aircrew support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between the contractor team and government leadership and contracting representatives.
- Supervise and manage all contractor personnel assigned to the site, ensuring task execution, accountability, and compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Task Leads to track deliverables, resolve issues, and communicate performance metrics.
- Oversee administrative functions including staffing, scheduling, timekeeping, and personnel performance reviews.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, data, and other contractually required documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks to contract performance and mission execution.
- Lead team meetings and conduct briefings with stakeholders to communicate priorities, updates, and mission support status.
- Support contract modifications, staffing plans, and future proposal development as needed.
- Previous experience supporting or operating within a USAF or SOF organization, with preference for direct 492 SOW experience.
- 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a military or defense contracting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to interface with government officials, contracting personnel, and military leadership.
- Experience managing contract performance, personnel accountability, and program compliance.
