Training Support Specialist
S2Technologies is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Support Specialist to provide administrative support for personnel and manpower.
Primary activities included but not limited to:
- Provide administrative support for personnel and manpower programs and responsibilities.
- Adhere to personnel policies and procedures relating to administrative communications, correspondence, messages, and general office management.
- Implement the policies, directives, programs, and Personnel Data Systems (PDS) capabilities and applications.
- Report discrepancies and recommend corrective action to Al Director.
- Maintain suspense system for Employment and Training (E&T) actions and correspondence.
- Provide customers with recommendations on how to use web-based applications for E&T actions.
- Analyze Air Force policy and provide recommendations to A1 Staff and Director.
- Update and maintain personnel data in MILPDS,
- Analyze data mismatches and provide Al Staff and Director with accurate data points to make force management decisions.
Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year with BS degree or 5 years of experience (in lieu of education) performing Air Force Manpower Support
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certifications: N/A
Security Clearance:
- Secret
