S³ Inc. is seeking a Program Management Analyst to help support our STORM programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The PMA supports the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) Product Office, which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, fielding, modification, and sustainment of missiles and rockets employed worldwide by US and Allied Forces in support of both US unilateral and Joint Tactical Combat Operations.
Responsibility includes direct support of the day-to-day operations of the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) portfolio. Supports the coordination of technical and programmatic activities on the Guided Multiple Lauch Rocket System (GMLRS), Extended Range Guided Multiple Lauch Rocket System (ER-GMLRS), Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), Joint Reduced Range Rocket (JR3), Enhanced Alternative Warhead (EAW), and Reduced Range Practice Rocket (RRPR) products.
Responsibilities:
- Interface and coordinate between functional areas with the STORM Project Office as well as those in outside government agencies, military organizations, and prime contractors.
- Serve as program integrator for finance and budget, developing inputs for spend plans, tracking statuses, and providing financial data analysis for the office of the government lead for PGMR capabilities.
- Coordinate responses to internal and external taskers.
- Support tactical and strategic PGMR planning activities and provide assessments and recommendations for technical and programmatic issues to the government lead of the assigned PGMR capability.
- Some travel is required- less than 10%.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.
- Requires a High School diploma and 20 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's Degree and 16 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 14 years of relative experience.
- At least 5 or more years of experience as a systems/project analyst or in a leadership position within a DOD Project or Product Office.
- At least 5 years of experience performing finance and budget activities in a DOD Project or Product office.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting tactical and strategic planning activities on DoD programs.
- At least 5 or more years of experience developing technical briefings, supporting technical/programmatic meetings and working groups including management of action items.
- Some experience involving Army rocket and missile programs is highly desired.
