The Senior ACH Dispute Representative will be part of a team providing timely service to our three credit union members. The role of this individual is designed to provide training and knowledge of all ACH regulatory processing requirements. This individual will have the opportunity to act as dispute team leader through their prior experience and knowledge of ACH operations. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing high performing teams.

Top Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the ACH dispute team’s workflow for all partners to ensure all internal and external deadlines are achieved.
- Process ACH disputed transactions (credits/debits) to and from members accounts as well as ACH stop payments, EFTs, and government reclamations.
- Research and respond daily to member ACH dispute escalations.
- Partner with other internal departments to research and resolve ACH dispute processing issues.
- Oversee and record all annual Macha training for ACH team for audit and compliance requirements.
- Oversee training of all ACH Dispute Team members.
- Attend partner calls as ACH Dispute SME to communicate dispute investigation details.
- Attend and respond to ACH Dispute team internal and external audit call and findings.
- Represent department on calls regarding implementation of new products and systems as well as all updates to ACH dispute processing regulations.
- Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.
- 4 years ACH dispute investigation experience, required.
- AAP certified professional, required.
- Strong knowledge of Reg E and NACHA Regulations, required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Problem resolution experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize workload commitments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Salary commensurate with experience with an expected range of $55,000-70,000.
