Construction Crew Leader

Currently on the lookout for a Construction Leader for a position in the Youngstown, OH area. This role involves both local and national travel, with 100% of travel expenses covered, including a per diem based on 7 days. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience running their own crew will be given priority.

Construction Leader - Qualifications

• Preferred: 3 years of management or crew leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel nationally 70-75% of the time.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred: 3 years of concrete or construction experience.

Construction Leader Requirements:

• Concrete or Epoxy flooring experience is a plus but it is not required
• Should be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work
• Must be able to perform general activities common to the Concrete trade
• Attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work
• Effective problem solving skills
• Valid Drivers License is required
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Construction Leader - Benefits

• Starting rate: $23-28/hour.
• Weekly direct deposit for convenience.
• Full coverage of travel expenses, plus $41 per diem based on 7 days.
