Currently on the lookout for a Construction Foreman for a position in the Youngstown, OH area. This role involves both local and national travel, with 100% of travel expenses covered, including a per diem based on 7 days. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience running their own crew will be given priority.
Construction Foreman - Qualifications
- Preferred: 3 years of management or crew leadership experience.
- Willingness to travel nationally 70-75% of the time.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred: 3 years of concrete or construction experience.
Construction Foreman Requirements:
- Concrete or Epoxy flooring experience is a plus but it is not required
- Should be able to work independently and with others depending on scope of work
- Must be able to perform general activities common to the Concrete trade
- Attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work
- Effective problem solving skills
- Valid Drivers License is required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Construction Foreman - Benefits
- Starting rate: $25-28/hour.
- Weekly direct deposit for convenience.
- Full coverage of travel expenses, plus $37 per diem based on 7 days.
