Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, ensuring minimal downtime and quick repairs.
- Conduct repairs and replacements of parts and components as needed.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to effectively diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all performed tasks.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and HVAC systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
