S³ Inc. is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to provide support on our STORM programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The SME supports the Field Artillery Product Office with senior level expertise/oversight for International Cooperative Programs and related Foreign Military Sales efforts regarding the Project Arrangement for the Common Fire Control System, which also includes the Production, Sustainment, and Follow-on Development (PSFD) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between Lockheed Martin and sub-contractors such as L3Harris, Leonardo DRS, and Honeywell in support of ongoing CFCS development, production, sustainment, and obsolescence mitigation.
- Communicate technical, operational, and acquisition concepts to cooperative partners.
- Provide sound, accurate, and timely responses and advice to PD FAL leadership especially regarding the review and implementation of policies and procedures for the formulation of cooperative development and MOUs in accordance with Army policy and regulations.
- Attend virtual monthly CFCS monthly tag up meetings with partner nations and take actions as required.
- Identify, process, and execute partner requests for CFCS deliverable data and manage the release process of these documents in accordance with the PA, MOU and Army policy and regulations. Execute special projects and develop various briefs, information papers, MFRs, EXSUMS, SigActs, etc.
- Facilitate and coordinate CFCS Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Executive Committee Meetings while providing minutes and action items for both activities.
- OCONUS travel is required. Must have a valid USA passport.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 20 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 14 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in one or more functional areas such as system engineering, management, system analysis, strategic planning, integrated logistics, modeling and simulation, and/or test and evaluation for relevant programs.
- A Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.
- Level II Certified Program Manager or hold an advanced certification in Program Management.
- Proficient with MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- At least five or more years of experience as a subject matter expert/project analyst or leadership position within a DOD Project or Product Office.
- At least five or more years of experience communicating technical, operational, and acquisition concepts to cooperative partners.
- At least five or more years of experience reviewing and implementing policies and procedures for the formulation of cooperative development and MOUs in accordance with Army policy and regulations.
- At least five or more years of experience providing responses to critical internal and external taskers on DoD programs, and, at least two or more years of experience supporting tactical and strategic planning activities on DoD programs.
- Experience in Cooperative Programs and Foreign Military Sales is preferred.
